Il progetto di Roberta nasce dalla sua passione per la salute. Laureata in infermieristica nel 2012, si è resa conto di come tante patologie possano derivare da una non corretta alimentazione e dalla scarsa qualità del cibo che viene portato in tavola.
DA DOVE NASCE L’IDEA DI APRIRE UNA BIOSFUSERIA A BRESCIA?
La prevenzione ed una corretta alimentazione possono aiutare concretamente il benessere psicofisico. Celiaca da anni, Roberta ha trovato un modo per poter scovare alimenti naturalmente privi di glutine che potessero completare una corretta alimentazione. La sua forte passione verso la salute, l’ha portata a frequentare un corso di Naturopatia a Verona per approfondire il mondo alimentare. Da qui, è nato il sogno di aprire un negozio di “prodotti alimentari sani”, che si è realizzato il 5 ottobre 2018 con l’inaugurazione.
LA BIOSFUSERIA E’ SOLO UN NEGOZIO DI ALIMENTARI?
Roberta è una donna carismatica e diretta. Ama il suo negozio e organizza anche incontri con professionisti del settore “alimentazione” e “beauty” per permettere ai propri clienti di avvicinarsi a questo mondo tutto bio. Ad esempio, in uno di questi incontri, ho scoperto la cucina in vasocottura, la quale aiuta a mangiare meglio senza sprechi e, soprattutto, in modo pratico e veloce permettendo di organizzarsi settimanalmente. COSA SI PUO’ ACQUISTARE DA ROBERTA?
Roberta vende davvero di tutto e di più: dalla pasta al riso, dal cioccolato agli infusi, dal caffè al vino, dalle verdure essiccate alle spezie. I prodotti sono davvero tanti e di tantissime tipologie. Essi sono comodamente acquistabili anche online attraverso lo shop. Oppure ritirandoli comodamente in negozio. I prezzi, logicamente, sono leggermente più elevati dei comuni supermercati ma la qualità è garantita al 100% poiché Roberta si affida ad un piccolo produttore di Asiago “Benesalus” che produce quasi tutto ciò che c’è in negozio con una particolare cura ed attenzione alla materia prima.
Non ci sono solo alimentari ma anche prodotti cosmetici, udite, udite… sempre biologici! Per Roberta è importante anche l’aspetto estetico e soprattutto che quest’ultimo rispetti l’ambiente e la naturalezza delle materie prime. Spesso molte creme commerciali contengono ingredienti non troppo eco-friendly ed è importante imparare a leggere dietro alle etichette, nel cibo come nella nostra beauty-routine. Sì, vostra, dato che la mia è inesistente.
PERCHE’ E’ IMPORTANTE ACQUISTARE SFUSO?
Ultimo ma non meno importante la riduzione di spreco anche a livello ambientale poiché da Roberta, essendo appunto una Biosfuseria, è possibile acquistare prodotti sfusi ed andare con i propri barattoli o contenitori da riempire.
